Orange Juice cake

This is a good substitute for Strawberry shortcake if you don't have an angel food cake on hand.

Mix together 1 1/3 cup orange juice, 4 egg yolks and a yellow cake mix. Pour batter into a 9x13 pyrex and bake as directed on the box. Serve with strawberries and whip cream! Yummy & easy!
